Return Policy

Do you want to return your order?

Of course, we hope that you are just as happy with your Kitsch Kitchen purchase as we are, but if for any reason that is not the case, that's no problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.


How returns work

Do you want to return an order (or part of it)? Please notify us by email. Include the item, your order number, and your IBAN number so we can process your return quickly. Once we have received your return notification, we will let you know by email.

The costs for returning items are at your own expense, unless the reason for the return is on our side, for example, due to an error in your delivery. The return of items is done at your own risk, so we recommend sending the return shipment with a Track & Trace code. If the package gets lost in transit, we can always check its whereabouts.

As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, we will send you a confirmation email. The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will then be refunded to your account within 10 days.


Exceptions

  • Custom-cut oilcloths and sale items cannot be returned.
  • Door curtains can only be returned if they have not been removed from the packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Guarantee

All Kitsch Kitchen products are subject to the legal warranty period of 6 months.

About our packaging

You may notice something about the packaging in which your order has arrived: we use as many old boxes and materials as possible to recycle. It might be a little less fancy, but it's sustainable!
